Dog Sacrifices Life to Save His Master’s Family from Cobra Snake Bites

TRIBUN-MEDAN.com – A brave dog fought a deadly cobra, in order to save his owner’s family from attack.

A Dalmatian named Tyson attacked the venomous reptile when it tried to enter a house in Bhubaneswar, eastern India.

Unfortunately, the dog eventually died from a venomous snake bite. Tyson fought with the snake at night, just as the family was sleeping.

They woke up to Tyson’s barking and rushed outside. Then they found their pet Tyson fighting with the snake.

Before Ameen Sharif and other family members could intervene, Tyson managed to defeat the deadly snake.

Unfortunately, because it was midnight and no vets were open, the family could not provide assistance to Tyson. Tyson died just 30 minutes later.

Seeing their beloved dog die, all family members felt heartbroken. They completely lost the dog that had saved their lives.

“The brave dog saved us from danger,” said Ameen.

“However, the incident once again highlights the poor animal care in Odisha, where a dog died without receiving treatment,” he added.
