As more fluid built up in their stomachs due to health problems, the puppies were less able to move and were starving to death, with no one around to save them.

Both were taken to the vet in very poor condition, their health deplorable despite their efforts. But the guardian angels did not turn away; seeing their will to live, they extended a helping hand.

With the vet’s care the drainage process began, visibly shrinking their swollen bellies.

Finally, their ordeal came to an end and hope prevailed as Banana and Pumpkin slowly returned to health. Filled with fluid and parasites, their journey was arduous, but their survival was nothing short of miraculous. They proved to be fighters, hanging on with love and care, growing stronger every day. As their bellies shrank, their perky tails wagged, signaling newfound health and happiness.

Today, Banana and Pumpkin are thriving, grateful for a second chance at a loving home, abundant food, and endless hugs.
