Abandoned In A Bin Trash, Broken Glass Cut His Leg, Little Puppy Cried For 3+ Hours…

A mother dog gave birth & her owner didn’t like the puppy so he decided to wrap him in a bag and threw him. Badly there was broken glass in the bin & it cut his leg. Little new born puppy cried in pain until a lady found him. He has cried for nearly few hours we don’t really know. When we got him, he was in risk of hypoglycemia. His umbilical cord is ugly too, it was cut inappropriately. Still not yet opened eyes, he has suffered to much in life…
