Vinny was found by a kind soul named Aracely. She spends her free time feeding strays in Donna, TX. She rescued him, posted for help, and took him home to keep him safe. And then she trusted us to help him. So now it’s our turn to repair Vinny and we promise to do everything in our power to do so.

Vinny is about 5-6 months old. There’s no telling how long he went with the rubber-band around his mouth, but it was obviously a long time. Aracely took this video at a vet in McAllen, TX. He went there to get pain meds before his long trip to Houston. When they noticed the rubber-band, they removed it.
