She was noticed by a compassionate animal lover who happened to be in the right place at the right time. Starving and searching for food! She’s likely had several litters, and just weeks ago, was seen with a puppy. Sadly, no one knows what happened to her baby. She’s now safe and continuing her recovery at the vet shelter.
