Multiple local residents alerted us about a newly abandoned dog. somebody had tied him up near the town hall with twine. but the only thing the town council would do is have the dog put down by the pound. One of the local residents had untied the twine, but the dog just stayed put, waiting perhaps for her owner to come back….
