One kindness people found him and brought to Rescue Dogs Rock NYC in severe condtion.
Pebbles is a 2 pound puppy covered in crusty scabs who is only 4/5 weeks old & who was crying in pain!
We broke down when we saw her!! She smelled of infection & was such a mess.
At first we thought mange, but after rushing her right to our vet, we learned it wasn’t mange.
