Heartless drive hit him and drove away, he laid there crying for days but no one help!

We got an urgent call for help a poor dog laid in pain beside the road,
He laid there for day in pain without help.
Maybe he was hit by car and left laid there for slowly dying.
Puppy about 8 months old
TBI, knocked out eye, front of paw.
Immediately we took him to the Vet.
